Christian Lutz studierte an der ESA 75, Ecole Supérieure des Arts et de l’Image, in Brüssel.
Seine Arbeiten wurden in der Schweiz und im Ausland publiziert und ausgestellt. Christian Lutz wird von den Agenturen Strates in Lausanne und VU in Paris vertreten. Er lebt und arbeitet in Genf.
